Voices in Children's Literature Conference
Georgia Perimeter College, Clarkston, Georgia campus
Susan will present two workshops:
Heartbreaking to Heartfelt: Turning Tragedy into Compelling, Uplifting Fiction and Walking the Uphills, Running the Downhills: Finding the Pace that Works. Times TBA.
Copies of THE DEEP CUT will be available for purchase.
An Author Readers Theatre will include Avi, Richard Peck, Sarah Weeks, and Pam Munoz Ryan. Kathi Appelt will give the keynote address. A panel discussion to wind things up will feature Kathi Appelt, Lola Schaefer, April Pulley Sayre, Rebecca Kai Dotlich, and Susan Rosson Spain.
